Please enjoy using Hayes Ceramics! My stoneware clay is safe for the oven, microwave & dishwasher. The glaze is a recipe that I make from scratch using raw materials, NO LEAD, CADMIUM OR OTHER TOXIC HEAVY METALS. The semi-gloss sheen is scratch resistant and easy to clean. Stoneware should be treated like glass, and avoid temperature shock (going from a hot oven to a freezer).

Shipping

All packages are shipped through USPS with a provided tracking number. Please allow 2 to 8 business days. Standard $8 to ship, plus $3 for each additional item. I strive to ship my items with an eco-friendly method using recycled craft paper and honeycomb packing paper.

Curbside Pickup

Free service, I will reach out to you through email with pick up details including date, general timeframe, and address in Windsor, California. You can make a time request during the checkout process, but please wait for an email confirmation before coming to pick up.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction with my product is important! Unfortunately Hayes Ceramics is not able to offer a full refund, but we can make arrangements for an exchange within 30 days of purchase. In person exchange is best, but you can pay for additional shipping charges if necessary. To be eligible for the exchange, I must receive the original product undamaged. I do not accept exchanges on custom orders. Note all Pottery is handmade - size shape, and glaze results will slightly vary from the product photo. If you have a specific request, you are welcome to reach out in the comment section of the checkout process, I will do my best to accommodate you, but cannot guarantee.

Shipping Damage

My apologies for any inconvenience, I strive to pack each item safely! If your product arrives broken, please email me a photo within 5 days of receiving the package and keep the damaged item with the original packaging until the claim has processed. Tableware@HayesCeramics.com. I will initiate the claim and email you with the next step. USPS requires you submit a photo AND to bring in the damaged item with the original packaging to be inspected. If you are unable to bring the damaged in, I can provide you with a return label. Your pottery will be replaced and shipped for FREE. Please note all Pottery is handmade and might not be in stock. There could be a delay for a few weeks while creating a replacement. I will make sure to communicate all details with you and hope to make the process as easy as possible.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Hayes Ceramics is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
